Commends Bishop Richard Riley, Jr., for his outstanding service to the Bay Minette community and Fairhope, Alabama.

Recognizes Bishop Riley's 49-year marriage to Elder Donna B. Riley and their service in ministry since beginning in Fairhope while working full-time and raising seven children.

Documents Bishop Riley's ministerial work from 1970 to 1990 as an assistant pastor, followed by establishing his own ministry in 1990 at the Revelation Pentecostal Holiness Church in Bay Minette.

Highlights his community service including weekly prayer meetings, charitable work, nursing home visits, funeral assistance, facility support for smaller ministries, employment for community college students, and financial aid for high school graduates.

Directs that a copy of this resolution be provided to Bishop Riley with the legislature's best wishes for future endeavors; adopted by House on June 3, 2015 and Senate on June 4, 2015.
