Designates the portion of Interstate Highway 20 West/59 South between mile markers 115 and 116 as the Officer Mary Freeman Smith Memorial Highway.

Honors Officer Mary Freeman Smith of the City of Fairfield Police Department, who was shot and killed on October 23, 2006, after responding to a suspicious vehicle report.

Recognizes Officer Smith's 21 years of service with the Fairfield Police Department and her bravery and devotion to duty.

Requests that appropriate officials place and maintain signs or markers along the designated highway portion.

Adopted by the House on April 7, 2015, and by the Senate on April 9, 2015.
