Commends Baldwin EMC CEO E.A. "Bucky" Jakins, Jr., for outstanding professional achievement in the electric utility industry.

Recognizes Mr. Jakins' over 40 years of experience working in Mississippi, Louisiana, Nebraska, and Alabama, and his current roles as Chairman of PowerSouth Energy Cooperative and Board member of the Alabama Rural Electric Association.

Acknowledges his leadership in restoring electric service following multiple hurricanes and his receipt of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association's J.C. Brown CEO Communication Leadership Award in 2011.

Notes his relocation to Foley, Alabama in 2000, his family including wife Faye, two engineer sons (Chip and Bo), and five grandchildren, as well as his personal interests in cooking, woodworking, hunting, and fishing.
