Mourns the death of Dr. Willie Mingo Clark, who died on April 15, 2015, at age 83.

Recognizes Dr. Clark's 35-year distinguished teaching career beginning in 1956, including roles as Adult-Education Teacher, Industrial Arts Teacher, Diversified Occupation Coordinator, and Assistant Principal at Johnson High School for 21 years before retiring in 1993.

Honors his educational achievements including a Bachelor of Science degree from Alabama A and M University (1950) and Master's degrees in Trade and Industrial Education and Administration and Supervision, plus an Ed.D. in Education.

Acknowledges his professional affiliations with HEA, AEA, NEA, AVA, North Alabama Educators Credit Union Board, Kiwanis, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, where he served as Southern Regional President and was named "Man of the Year."

Extends heartfelt sympathy to his surviving family including his wife Lou Verlon Banks, two daughters, four granddaughters, and extended family members.
