Mourns the death of Mr. Paul Sidney Kelly, Jr., a native of Huntsville who died on April 11, 2015, at age 64.

Recognizes his distinguished career including roles as President and CEO of Monroe Business Equipment, Finance Director and Executive Director of Business of the Huntsville City School System, and Director of Finance and Administration of the Huntsville Madison County Airport Authority.

Notes his service as an Elder at Mayfair Church of Christ and leadership roles in the Huntsville Rotary Club, ARC of Madison County, Chamber of Commerce, and Better Business Bureau, receiving the 1982 Huntsville Jaycees' Outstanding Young Business Leader Award and the 1991 Chamber Small Business Executive of the Year.

Lists survivors including his wife of 44 years Susan Franks Kelly, son Brian Kelly, daughter Alicia Kelly Stryker, three grandchildren, uncle Jack Kelly, and numerous cousins.

The House of Representatives expresses gratitude for his abundant life and offers this resolution in tribute to his legacy and in sympathy to his family and friends.
