Recognizes and honors Milborn N. Chesser on his induction into the Auburn University Agricultural Alumni Association Hall of Honor.

Chesser was born in Ider, Alabama in 1933 and served in the U.S. National Guard and Army's 151st Engineer Combat Battalion in Korea for two years, attaining the rank of master sergeant.

Founded Circle C Farms, a poultry operation encompassing 200 acres and 17 poultry houses at its peak, which he actively farmed until 2008.

Co-established the Bank of Fyffe in 1973 to provide financing for poultry farmers; the bank was later renamed Horizon Bank following expansions.

Served on multiple boards including Horizon Bank's Board of Directors, DeKalb County Board of Education, and as secretary-treasurer of the Alabama Farmers Federation for 21 years; also served as Chairman of the administrative board at Fyffe United Methodist Church for 35 years.
