Establishes a Consent Calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives to be considered on the 20th legislative day or a subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Allows House members to file objections to bills listed on the Consent Calendar until adjournment on the 19th legislative day.

Prohibits bills considered on the Consent Calendar from being amended, substituted, debated, or carried over to another day.

Includes HB209 (Representative Treadaway) amending Sec. 13A-11-260 to include police animals trained or handled by Class One Railroad Officers or special agents in protection laws.

Includes HB324 (Representative Gaston) regarding codification of the Code of Alabama 1975, Acts of 2014 Regular Session, local county laws, and duties of the Secretary of State.
