HR187 establishes a Consent Calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives to be considered on the 215th legislative day or a subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Members have until adjournment on the 20th legislative day to file objections to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar.

Bills considered on the Consent Calendar cannot be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over to a subsequent day.

Consent Calendar includes SB167 (sponsored by Senator Beasley-Representative Weaver), which changes physician registration and fees for pain management services to a single annual fee with no additional fee for additional locations, amending Section 34-24-604.

Consent Calendar includes SB233 (sponsored by Senator Bussman-Representative Butler), which requires one State Licensing Board for General Contractors member to be a subcontractor, amending Section 34-8-20.
