Commends William Seth White on attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

Eagle Scout rank requires completion of an Eagle Project, earning multiple Merit Badges, and demonstrating honor, loyalty, courage, cheer, and service.

William began scouting in fall 2006 as a first grader and joined Boy Scout troop 4304 at age 11.

For his Eagle Project, William built five trash bins for the campus of Ider School, demonstrating leadership and consideration for others.

The Alabama House of Representatives highly commends William White for his outstanding achievement and offers best wishes for his future endeavors.
