Acknowledges TVA's reduced power plant emissions to lowest levels in decades and commitment to renewable energy sources and energy efficiency for future generations.

Commends TVA's management of the Tennessee River System for multiple benefits including power production, flood reduction, transportation enablement, water quality support, recreation enhancement, and public land protection.

Notes that TVA funds all activities through power sales and bond issues without drawing on taxpayer dollars and supports economic development through business and community partnerships.
