Acknowledges Clark's professional accomplishments as a high school chemistry, physics, and mathematics teacher; middle school principal and athletic coach; and realtor who served as a mentor and advocate for improving state government

Survived by his devoted wife Hattie G. Clark, two sons William Clark and Reginald Clark, and other family members and friends
