Honors Dr. Carlton L. Hogue on his 12th anniversary as Pastor of New Greater First Baptist Church in Thomasville, Alabama, beginning in June 2003.

Recognizes his pastoral service at Antioch (Brent), Morning Star (Marion) from 1984-1989, and Eastern Star Baptist Church in Demopolis from 1989-2003 before his current position.

Notes his education at Tuskegee University, graduation from Birmingham Theological Seminary in May 2003, and honorary Doctorate from E. L. White Seminary in Mobile in May 2012.

Acknowledges his current roles as President of the Southwest District Baptist Convention and Chief of Police for Marion, Alabama, plus prior service as Deputy Sheriff for Perry County from January 1991 to February 2010.

Recognizes his 28-year marriage to Cynthia Harris-Hogue and their daughter Carleta S. Hogue, and commends his continued leadership and service to the community.
