• Establishes the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Reform Task Force to examine state and national alcoholic beverage laws and identify cost-effective regulatory reforms.

• Task force composed of House Speaker (or designee), House Economic Development and Tourism Committee Chair (or designee), House Ways and Means General Fund Committee Chair, one minority party House member, and a nonvoting Alabama ABC Board representative; must reflect state's racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity.

• Alabama Law Institute serves as primary research resource, examining alcoholic beverage laws of other states and soliciting input from all industry sectors.

• Task force must hold first meeting at least three months after 2015 legislative session adjournment, research cost-saving measures, and submit findings and legislative recommendations to House by first day of 2016 Regular Session.

• Legislative members receive regular compensation, per diem, and travel expenses per Amendment 871 of Alabama Constitution; House Clerk provides clerical assistance; task force dissolves upon submission of final report.
