Establishes the Alabama Study Commission On Tick Borne Illnesses composed of representatives from House Districts 29 and 96, Hudson Alpha Institute of Biotechnology, Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, Medical Association of Alabama, and Alabama Lyme Disease Association.

Commission goal is to study tick borne illnesses in Alabama and make suggestions for treatment, reduction, and eradication of these illnesses.

Commission must schedule an initial meeting upon adjournment of the 2015 Regular Legislative Session, elect a chair, and meet as necessary to achieve its goals.

Commission shall report findings and any proposed legislation to the Speaker of the House by January 16, 2016, at which point it shall be dissolved.

Legislative members are entitled to regular compensation, per diem, and travel expenses for commission meeting attendance, paid from appropriated legislative funds.
