Elder Dr. Jerry L. Crutcher is honored and commended on his 40th Pastoral Anniversary serving the Little Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church.

Dr. Crutcher serves as Chairman for the Moderator's Division of the National Primitive Baptist Convention, USA.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master's of Business Administration Degree from Alabama A and M University, a Bachelor's Degree in Religion from Huntsville Bible College, an honorary Doctoral Degree in Theology from Huntsville Bible College, and a Doctoral Degree in Theology from Andersonville Baptist Seminary in Camilla, Georgia.

Dr. Crutcher has served on the Board of Trustees of Alabama A and M University, as Chairman of the Huntsville Airport Authority Board of Directors, and as Moderator of the Steadfast Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Association where he received the Moderator Emeritus Award.

The House of Representatives of the Alabama Legislature presents this resolution to Elder Dr. Jerry L. Crutcher with sincere best wishes for continued blessings.
