Commends Reverend Herman Maxwell for 10 years of service as pastor of Lee's Chapel Baptist Church in Brookside, Alabama, and 20 years in the ministry.

Reverend Maxwell has served as pastor since March 20, 2005, received his divine call to ministry in July 1994, and was licensed on September 19, 1995, and ordained on December 5, 1995.

His ministerial vision includes demonstrating love for others, shaping disciples, serving the association, and teaching souls for Christ through open and honest ministry.

Reverend Maxwell earned a Bible Certificate, Bible Diploma, and Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Studies, and has also served as assistant to Reverend Al Reynolds at New Bethel Church and as Ambassador for the Peace Baptist District Association.
