Terminates Alabama's adoption and implementation of Common Core Standards (also known as Alabama College and Career Ready Standards) and all related assessments, data collection, and instruction based on these standards.

Directs the State Board of Education to replace Common Core Standards with previous courses of study for Math (2011-12 school year) and English Language Arts (2012-2013 school year).

Prohibits adoption of any national standards from any source that would cede control of Alabama educational standards, specifically including Next Generation Science Standards, History Standards, Social Studies Standards, and Sexuality Standards.

Terminates the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act flexibility waiver agreement related to Common Core Standards and prevents education entities or state officials from joining consortiums that would transfer control of Alabama public education to outside entities.

Grants standing to any Alabama citizen to bring suit in state courts to enforce the act's provisions, effective immediately upon passage and governor approval.
