Amends Section 40-12-248 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to remove the one truck tractor limitation for farmers obtaining reduced annual license tax and registration fees.

Farmers may now obtain farm tags at reduced rates for multiple truck tractors used to transport farm products, rather than being limited to only one truck tractor.

Reduced license tax rates remain available for farm trucks based on gross vehicle weight: maximum of $30 for trucks not exceeding 30,000 pounds, $85 for trucks exceeding 30,000 but not exceeding 42,000 pounds, and $250 for heavier trucks.

Additional truck tractors beyond the first will be charged according to standard "schedule of base amounts" and "schedule of additional amounts" based on gross vehicle weight classifications.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
