Ratifies and confirms all municipal option elections held under Act 2009-546 in municipalities with a population of 1,000 or more where voters approved allowing alcoholic beverage sales.

Declares affected municipalities "wet" and permits them to continue the sale, distribution, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Ratifies and confirms all taxes and licenses levied and collected pursuant to these municipal option elections, as well as any related administrative or regulatory actions taken.

Municipalities remain wet unless and until voters in a subsequent municipal option election elect to change to dry status, regardless of county election results or special method referendums.

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor, with severability clause protecting valid provisions if any part is declared invalid or unconstitutional.
