Amends Alabama Code Section 22-20A-31 to extend country-of-origin labeling requirements from catfish to all fish products in the Order of Siluriformes.

Requires food service establishments to state the country of origin for imported siluriformes and siluriformes products, displayed daily when such products are offered for sale.

Mandates consumer notification through menu listings in matching font size and location, or alternatively through signage (minimum 93 square inches with 1-inch characters posted conspicuously on walls) or tabletop displays (minimum 30 square inches per table).

Prohibits food service establishments from offering catfish or siluriformes products unless consumers receive name and country of origin information using one of the specified notification methods.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
