Proposes a constitutional amendment to increase the age limit for the office of Judge of Probate of Henry County from 70 years to 72 years.

Allows persons not over age 72 at the time of qualifying for election or appointment to be elected or appointed to Judge of Probate of Henry County, notwithstanding current constitutional provisions.

Amendment shall be submitted to voters in accordance with Amendment 555 to the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.

Election officials shall place the amendment on the ballot with a yes/no option and describe it as relating to Henry County probate judge retirement age.
