Applies only to Bullock County and establishes a $7 special recording fee charged by the judge of probate for each document or instrument recorded in the probate office.

Recording fees must be collected before any document is received for record and shall be deposited into a special account for probate office operations, equipment upgrades, recording system operation, and employee training.

Establishes an additional $4 tag issuance fee charged by the judge of probate for each motor vehicle license tag issued or renewed by the probate office.

Tag issuance fees must be collected before any motor vehicle license tag is issued or renewed and shall be deposited in the county general fund.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and Governor approval.
