AL SB360

Requires public school districts and their employees to grant all professional educators' associations equal access to school employees without preferential treatment to any single association.

Defines access to include setting up informational tables at inservice meetings, speaking at inservice or similar meetings, distributing information via school mail boxes or email systems, utilizing school meeting rooms during nonworking hours, representing employees in employment matters when requested, and posting information on school bulletin boards.

Prohibits any professional educators' association from having greater or lesser access than competing associations.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon becoming law through other means.
