SB366 Summary

• Establishes a replacement license fee for assisted living administrator licensing cards that have been stolen, lost, or misplaced.

• Requires applicants for assisted living administrator licensure to pay an annual administrative fee as determined by the board.

• Requires persons holding expired licenses to pay a reapplication fee established by the board in addition to submitting a new application and following new licensure procedures.

• Increases the maximum administrative fine the board may impose per violation from $1,000 to $5,000.

• Authorizes the board to discipline assisted living administrators who have entered a plea of nolo contendere, nolo contender, no contender, no contest, or guilty in cases involving lewd or lascivious acts, inappropriate sexual conduct, or any crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year.
