Proposes a constitutional amendment to Alabama Constitution of 1901 authorizing the legislature to establish a retirement program for district attorneys and circuit clerks.

Applies only to district attorneys and circuit clerks first elected or appointed on or after November 8, 2016.

Amendment requires approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in the next statewide primary, general, or special election.

Election officials must assign a ballot number and display the proposed amendment with yes/no voting options.

Senate passed the bill on May 7, 2015; House passed on June 4, 2015.
