• Removes the pension exemption from Teachers' Retirement System and Employees' Retirement System for criminal restitution, fines, and court costs of $10,000 or more, allowing courts to order up to 25% of monthly benefits diverted to pay these obligations.

• Authorizes courts to revoke or suspend driver's licenses, hunting licenses, fishing licenses, concealed carry permits, and other occupational licenses for defendants who are delinquent more than 90 days on criminal court-ordered payments or have outstanding arrest warrants.

• Permits district attorneys to accept credit and debit card payments for criminal obligations, with authority to impose processing fees or surcharges on the defendant.

• Modifies notification requirements for district attorneys regarding unpaid court-ordered obligations, establishing a 90-270 day window for court notification of delinquent accounts.
