• Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality of Section in Jackson County, Alabama.

• Annexes additional territory to Section's corporate limits, including areas around Alabama Highway No. 35, the Water Works and Sewer Board Wastewater Treatment Facilities, and portions of Sections 25, 30, 31, and 36 across Township 5 south, Ranges 6-7 east.

• Requires a map of the proposed annexed territory to be filed with the Judge of Probate in Jackson County, Alabama and made available for public inspection per Code of Alabama 1975, Section 11-42-6(b).

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
