Authorizes county boards of health to inspect areas and require abatement of body fluids or suspected bodily fluids leaking onto the surface from mausoleums, crypts, or other sources where human remains are interred.

Grants county boards of health authority to require the responsible person to abate leakage, including the ability to bring injunctive relief actions in court if necessary.

Authorizes the Department of Public Health to promulgate rules consistent with the Administrative Procedure Act to implement and administer the new provisions.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
