Proposes a constitutional amendment to Auburn University Board of Trustees to automatically adjust trustee term expiration dates when four or more terms would expire in the same calendar year, ensuring no more than three terms expire annually.

Increases Auburn University Board of Trustees membership from 13 members plus Governor to 15 members plus Governor by adding two at-large members selected to enhance racial, gender, and economic diversity of the board.

Establishes an appointing committee composed of the Board President Pro Tem, a board member, two Auburn Alumni Association members, and the Governor to appoint trustees (except for initial two at-large appointments made by Governor with Senate confirmation).

Requires Senate majority confirmation for all trustee appointments, with procedures for rejecting or withdrawing submissions and re-opening the appointment process if needed.

Maintains existing trustee qualifications including seven-year terms, two-term limit, age requirement of under 70 years, and prohibition on Auburn University employees serving as trustees.
