• Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Homewood in Jefferson County, Alabama to annex seven specifically described tracts of land (Tracts 1-7).

• The annexed territories include parcels in Sections 14, 24, and 27, Township 18 South, Range 3 West, with boundaries defined by references to existing highways (Green Springs Highway, Columbiana Road, West Lakeshore Drive), creeks, railroad lines, and previously recorded property conveyances.

• A map showing the proposed annexed territory is filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Jefferson County and is open to public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).
