Designates the portion of Interstate 20 from the Alabama-Georgia line west to the Coosa River as the Senator Gerald Dial Freeway.

Honors Senator Gerald Dial of Lineville, Alabama, who was first elected to the House of Representatives in 1974 and the Senate in 1983, completing his 36th year of legislative service.

Recognizes Senator Dial's service as a teacher, coach, small business owner, Alabama National Guard member for over 36 years (attaining the rank of Assistant Adjutant General), and leadership roles in multiple organizations including the International Motor Sports Hall of Fame and Troy University.

Requests that appropriate officials place and maintain signage identifying the highway with the new designation.

Senate adopted the resolution on May 7, 2015 and House adopted on May 14, 2015.
