Appropriates $273,276 from the Education Trust Fund to Lyman Ward Military Academy in Camp Hill, Alabama for fiscal year ending September 30, 2017.

Appropriation is subject to the Budget and Financial Control Act and Budget Management Act of 1976 provisions under Alabama Code.

Requires submission of an operations plan with goals and measurable performance indicators for fiscal year 2017, approved by the Director of Finance, before funds are released.

Requires submission of an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2015 operations before funds are released.

Requires quarterly reports comparing actual to planned expenditures and accomplishments, plus an end-of-year performance report detailing work accomplished, services provided, and program effectiveness measures; all reports forwarded to the Legislative Council.
