Authorizes the Town of Lexington in Lauderdale County to hold a referendum on whether to legalize the sale of alcoholic beverages and draft beer for on-premises and off-premises consumption each day of the week except Sunday.

Requires the town governing body to call an election by resolution, with the first election held at the next municipal election and subsequent elections held at least 360 days apart.

Mandates at least three weeks' notice of the election to town voters, with election costs paid from the town's general fund.

Permits the sale of alcoholic beverages and draft beer by properly licensed clubs and retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board if a majority of voters approve in the referendum.

Allows the town to enact ordinances to regulate aspects of alcoholic beverage and draft beer sales, and provides that this act is supplemental to existing town powers without repealing any current authority.
