Alters the boundary lines of the Town of Union in Greene County, Alabama to include all existing corporate territory plus six additional contiguous tracts of land.

Tract No. 1 includes the NE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 2 East, located north of County Highway 191.

Tracts No. 2 and 3 include portions of Section 5 and Section 4 respectively in Township 23 North, Range 2 East.

Tracts No. 4, 5, and 6 are located in the N1/2 of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 2 East, with detailed boundary descriptions referenced to the Union-Snoddy Road.

A map showing the proposed annexed territory is filed in the Greene County probate judge's office and open to public inspection; the act becomes effective upon passage and gubernatorial approval.
