AL HB204

Amends Section 17-6-25 of the Alabama Code to reorder the sequence of offices as they appear on election ballots.

Removes "Delegate to national convention" from position 2 and relocates it to final position 23 on the ballot.

Moves all other offices up one position number to fill the gap, shifting Governor to position 2, Lieutenant Governor to position 3, and so on through all listed offices.

Requires candidates' names for each office to continue appearing in alphabetical order by surname on ballots.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
