• Maintains eligibility restrictions for persons convicted of serious crimes including murder, rape, sodomy, sexual abuse, incest, child exploitation offenses, obscene matter offenses, and treason.

• Mandates that all state and county correctional facilities, prisons, and jails post materials prepared by the Secretary of State and Board of Pardons and Paroles informing incarcerated individuals about requirements and procedures for restoring voting rights.
