• Requires a photograph of the applicant to be attached to the examination report and related documents after the applicant passes the driving portion of the driver's license exam.

• Updates references throughout Section 32-6-3 of the Code of Alabama 1975 from "Department of Public Safety" to "Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency" and "Director of Public Safety" to "Secretary."
