Proposes a constitutional amendment to prohibit the legislature from authorizing transfers of monies from the State Parks Fund, Parks Revolving Fund, or any fund receiving revenues from these sources to other public accounts, entities, or funds.

Prevents any state officer, agency, or employee from transferring, using, or pledging state parks monies for any purpose other than support, upkeep, and maintenance of the state parks system.

Requires an election on the proposed amendment to be held in accordance with Sections 284 and 285 of the Alabama Constitution of 1901 and state election laws.

Election officials shall assign a ballot number and display the amendment description with "Yes ( ) No ( )" voting options on the election ballot.

Amendment becomes valid upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting thereon, in accordance with Sections 184, 285, and 287 of the Alabama Constitution of 1901.
