Adopts and incorporates into the Code of Alabama 1975 all general and permanent laws enacted during the 2015 Regular Session as contained in the 2015 Cumulative Supplements to Volumes 3-11A, 12B-13A, and 15A-22A, plus 2015 Replacement Volumes 12, 12A, 14, and 14A.

Initially adopts 2015 Volume 22J (Local Laws Lamar to Lee Counties) and adopts 2015 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, 22F, 22G, 22H, and 22I.

Deletes Section 29-6-2.1 of the Code due to a scrivener's error in Act 2015-408 and deletes Part 2 of Article 22 of Chapter 37 of Title 45 as duplicative language.

Designates this adoption and incorporation as continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and declares this act does not affect any other 2015 Special Session or 2016 session statutes.

Requires the Secretary of State to file and maintain custody of the authenticated cumulative supplements and replacement volumes in that office, with the ability to certify portions upon request for a specified fee.
