Proposes a constitutional amendment to allow Montgomery County Commission members to participate in the Employees' Retirement System of Alabama under the same terms as other employees in that system.

Prohibits Montgomery County Commissioners from assuming a supernumerary office after the amendment becomes effective.

Allows current commissioners at the time of ratification to purchase service credit for time already served in their current office, but prevents them from assuming a supernumerary office.

Election on the proposed amendment shall be held in accordance with Amendment 555 to the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.

Election officials must assign a ballot number and include the amendment description with "Yes ( ) No ( )" voting options on the ballot.
