Proposes a constitutional amendment to Alabama defining the term "persons" in the Code of Alabama 1975 to include any human being from the moment of fertilization or the functional equivalent thereof.

Amendment becomes valid upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in accordance with Sections 284, 285, and 287 of the Alabama Constitution.

Election official shall assign a ballot number and display the amendment description with Yes/No voting options on the election ballot.

Election upon the proposed amendment shall be conducted according to Sections 284 and 285 of the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.
