Permits retail licensees of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to sell alcoholic beverages on real property of at least 160 acres or more that is owned by the same person or entity and spans both a dry county and a wet county.

Overrides any conflicting provision of existing law regarding alcoholic beverage sales restrictions.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon becoming law by other means.
