Amends Alabama Code Section 34-25-22 to require applicants for polygraph examiner licensure to submit two complete sets of fingerprints to the Board of Polygraph Examiners.

Requires the Board of Polygraph Examiners to forward fingerprints to the State Bureau of Investigations for a state criminal history background check.

Requires the State Bureau of Investigations to forward one set of fingerprints to the Federal Bureau of Investigations for a national criminal background check.

Requires applicants to provide written consent for release of criminal history background information to the Board of Polygraph Examiners and to bear all costs associated with the background checks.

Requires the Board to maintain confidentiality of background check information, except when information is relied upon to deny a license or when subpoenaed by a court.
