Requires all e-cigarette advertising in print and broadcast media to include a clear and unmistakable warning that e-cigarettes contain nicotine, which may be addictive.

Exempts certain advertising from the warning requirement, including wearable items, paid Internet links under 200 characters, graphic links where compliance is impractical, free social media posts, text messages under 200 characters, software applications accessed through compliant websites, and technology items where compliance is not reasonably practical.

Makes intentional violations a Class A misdemeanor criminal offense.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.

Excluded from Amendment 621 local funding requirements because the bill defines a new crime.
