• Amends Act 83-480 (1983) to modify distribution of fees levied on hazardous waste disposal site operators in Sumter County.

• Increases monthly distribution to North Sumter Day Center from $2,500 to a higher amount as specified in the amended Section 4.

• Maintains existing monthly distributions to Hill Hospital ($4,675), Sumter Industrial Board ($4,000), Solid Waste Fund ($4,000), and City of Livingston Fire and Rescue ($4,000).

• Establishes percentage-based distributions of remaining funds to 24 entities including Sumter County Commission, Board of Education, municipalities, libraries, hospitals, and community organizations.

• Requires all fund recipients to be nonprofit or governmental entities that provide annual financial reports; dissolved nonprofits have distributions held in trust for up to one fiscal quarter for reallocation.
