Prohibits the Alabama Department of Human Resources Commissioner from requesting a waiver of federal work requirements for able-bodied adults without dependents (ages 18-49 with no dependents and not disabled) who receive SNAP benefits.

Requires all SNAP-eligible able-bodied adults without dependents to work at least 20 hours per week (averaged monthly), participate in a department-developed work training program, or perform volunteer community service valued at up to their SNAP benefit amount.

Mandates the Department of Human Resources develop a work training program that includes Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) with components such as education/high school equivalency preparation, job skills training, and job counseling.

Requires the department to approve and publicly list community agencies offering volunteer community service opportunities for SNAP recipients to fulfill work requirements.

Allows a three-month grace period of continued SNAP eligibility for recipients who lose employment or training positions, available only once per 36-month period.
