Proposes a constitutional amendment to modify the term of office for circuit court and district court judges appointed to fill vacancies in Baldwin County.

Changes appointed judges' terms from ending at the next general election held at least six months after the vacancy to align with the general constitutional provision under Section 153, which extends the term until the first Monday after the second Tuesday in January following the first general election held more than one year after appointment.

Maintains the Baldwin County Judicial Commission's nomination process, which consists of five members selected by the Baldwin County Bar Association, presiding circuit judge, Baldwin County Commission, Mayors' Association, and Legislative Delegation.

Requires voter approval through a statewide election conducted in accordance with Amendment 555 to the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.
