Alters the corporate limits of the City of Spanish Fort in Baldwin County, Alabama to annex approximately 4.19 acres of additional territory.

De-annexes the described territory from the City of Daphne, Alabama, with Spanish Fort exercising exclusive jurisdiction over the newly annexed land.

The annexed territory is legally described by specific surveyor measurements starting at the Northwest corner of Section 32, T-4-S, R-2-E in Baldwin County.

Subjects all newly annexed territory to the laws, ordinances, and jurisdiction of the City of Spanish Fort Council, consistent with existing city governance.

A map showing the proposed annexed territory is filed in the Baldwin County Probate Judge's office for public inspection, and the act becomes effective immediately upon passage and gubernatorial approval.
