Provides a three percent cost-of-living increase in compensation to any supernumerary tax assessor-collector serving in Bibb County on the effective date of the act.

Costs of the increase shall be deducted on a pro rata millage basis by the county's tax collecting official from taxes collected.

The increased compensation shall be paid to the supernumerary official using the same payment method as their regular salary under Section 40-6-3, Code of Alabama 1975.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
