Commends the Lauderdale County High School Girls Basketball Team for winning a fifth consecutive AHSAA 3A State Championship.

The Lady Tigers finished the season 30-7 and won the championship with a 55-44 victory over Montgomery Academy.

This victory marked the most consecutive championships won by either gender and secured a record 13 state championships for the program.

Head Coach Brant Llewellyn led 15 named players including Ashley Comer, Emma Covington, Maggie Covington, and others.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented for appropriate school display with best wishes for future success.
